The pardon doesn't shield him from a civil lawsuit. I think the diary will be enough evidence. OJ avoided criminal prosecution, but they got him in the civil trial. Taking all of this guy's money will hurt him more than jail. We need a class action lawsuit. I'm sure there would be hundreds of thousands that would sign up.
