A young kid started training with us a few months back because of these videos. His Mother dropped him off, in a very expensive Range Rover. He was so pumped to Box because of these videos, and other motivational stuff he had seen, he thought he was unstoppable and untouchable, which is the way any budding young fighter should feel. But after the reality sunk in (literally),  he got his first bloody nose, he quit their and then. Didn't even continue with the spar, jumped out of the ring in a fit of rage grabbed his kit and stormed out, and he hasn't come back since. What I am saying is, if you need this shit to get you off the Sofa, then fair enough, but before you act like a Lion, you first have to prove yourself as one, and it doesn't happen over night. Don't do a Johnny and run and hide, face every problem you ever encounter head on, and knock that fucker out, or break your neck trying.

One of the best pieces of advice I have ever heard: "Always strive to be on top because its the bottom that's overcrowded."
