What always amazes me about Gordon is the fact that even with a huge stash of money alongside fame he's STILL always looking for new recipes within other cultures etc and constantly exploring. I'm not a cook and I'm probably way to lazy to make this recipe... but I just find how passionate he is about his craft incredible inspiring.
