It's astonishing to me this fire caused so much damage to so many units I have worked clean up after two different fires and both times the fire department was able to extinguish the fires very quickly.

We live here in Foster City. My wife and I saw the smoke coming onto Highway 92, returning from SF in the early evening. A horrific tragedy!!
