Joltter has been busy testing out official match balls, and today he will provide the world with his opinions about five different balls from five different brands. Nike Incyte, Adidas Finale 13, Select Brillant Super, Mitre Delta V12 and Puma PowerCat 1.12 Statement. Great brands with great products, but the question remains; whi

Here is a detailed breakdown of the football review featured in the Unisport WebTV video:

Nike Incyte [04:44]

Details: The official match ball for the English Premier League, La Liga, and Serie A. It is FIFA-approved and focuses on reaction, touch, and ball flight. It features Nike's radar technology for earli

er visibility and is built with five layers.

Performance: Described as a very solid ball with a powerful feel during passes and strikes. Its flight pattern is precise and consistent.

Adidas Finale 13 [04:54]

Details: The official FIFA-approved match ball of the UEFA Champions League. It features a thermal-bond

ed, seamless surface with 32 glued panels rather than traditional stitching.

Performance: The presenter notes it can move unpredictably through the air ("fly up and down and side to side") [02:22]. Despite this, it has a normal weight, a somewhat hard surface, and remains the presenter's personal favorite due

to its design and performance [05:59].

Select Brilliant Super [03:00]

Details: Serving as the match ball for the Danish national team for over 62 years, it features a classic hand-stitched 32-panel design and holds a FIFA-approved stamp.

Performance: Highly reliable with a natural weight and feel that is not o

verly grippy. Its movement depends directly on the player's control rather than unexpected aerodynamic quirks.

Mitre Delta V12 [03:48]

Details: The official match ball of the English Capital One Cup. It stands out with a unique 12-panel construction designed to improve aerodynamics and increase striking power.

Performance: While shot power felt standard, the ball offers accurate responsiveness. However, it can feel a bit hard and heavy during play.

Puma PowerCat 1.2 Statement [04:48]

Details: A FIFA-approved match ball featuring a 22-panel design.

Performance: The most notable characteristic is the extreme softness

and cushioning of its surface [05:04]. When shooting, it behaves quite unpredictably in flight, making it fun for free kicks but less predictable for standard match play [05:18].

Pure danish quality, mate, just like the unisport videos!
@peeteedee7
Great way of explanation, i still favor the incite, all though the addidas would be my second choice!

All of the songs on our videos are from an online music library, and you have to pay a certain amount of money to be able to use them. In other words, it will be really difficult to find the songs we use in our videos.
@supersighlas
It really pings off your boot and you know that it will go where you intend for it to go as soon as it leaves your foot. Very satisfying ball. I only use premium match balls for training and most of my keepers prefer the select balls the best.
@supersighlas
It is also the best to juggle with because the casing feels tacky even though there are no dimples on it. I'm a goalkeeper coach and love using this ball for training. Off the volley it flys and goes exactly where you want it to go. This is why I would say that this is the best ball for consistency and over all value.The sweetspot when striking this ball also seems to be a bit bigger than the other 2 imo and if you are spraying the ball across the field this thing feels awesome.
@supersighlas
I have all 3 so hope this helps. All of them are comparable in terms of air retention and water uptake. If I had to pick 1 to have a slight edge it would be select.
@TheViccoTube
I just love how the Select ball feels!
@supersighlas
Finally the Nike balls are very nice. I would say that they are in between the super solid and consistent characteristics of the select brilliant super and the lighter swerving characteristics of the Adidas ball. In contrast to the SBS the nike ball seems to have a smaller sweet spot but if you catch it right look out... this ball explodes off your foot. I'm not sure what it is but it's unlike the other ones in that when you strike on goal the thing just rockets.
@racelike
Great video! Adidas finale is the best!
