Meat is luxury here in USA too. Forget barbecues.... last time I got any meat, was for half the quantity and double the price from before 🤷‍♂️

i dont mean to be rude or to disparage your point of view but despite the expensive living conditions i would still live in japan due to the QoL and the advanced infrastructure and my love and appreciation to the Japanese culture. i hope the prices drop where you feel content and happy Mr 52yrs old Japanese man. cheers.
